2.If refunded within appreciation period, and the remaining amount from original order is less than the free shipping standard requirement, then the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Overseas shipping fee may vary by country, please contact customer support for more detail.
3.We will not accept a separate return for combination goods, if not returned after the number of active concessions to retain the original price of goods will be restored, the difference directly from the return amount
4.After your return, if your remain amount didn’t reach the『Free Gifts』standard ( the gift must remain brand new condition), you need to send the gift back along with your return items.
5.For all returns, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. If the items are attached to the chain bag, carton ... and other special packaging also need to keep intact with the return. If you do not meet the above conditions of return, will not accept your return application.
6.Shoes box is one of the goods accessories. If you need to return shoes, please do not directly paste the shipping documents on the shoes box, We cannot accept the return once it has damaged. Please add a separate packaging (wrapping paper / paper bag / carton) for your shoes box.
7.If we confirmed the return is not accepted, it will be returned back to you. If we cannot reach you, it will be returned to the shipping address within 3~10 days.(depends on different countries) Please note, we will not be able to return the amount back.
8.If the reason for the return is defective items, please let us know by fill in the reasons or contact our customer service after you receive the packages in 7 days. Non-defective factors, such as thread, not open buttonhole, a little off-line, a very small stain, size 1 ~ 2cm error, photo color, new item smell, etc. These are acceptable in the international inspection standards range.
9.We will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 10 days after receiving the items. If you would like to exchange an item you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Farlala does not cover international return shipping costs or the shipping fees on replacement orders for international exchanges.
10.Please note that all sale and discounted items, custom products, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, jewelry and all intimates are final sale.

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to Order History page and make sure the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return and click "Return Item ".
(This option will not be available if your order is outside the 60 day range).
3. Check the box next to the item(s) you intend to return and select one of the reason for your return.
4. Carefully read through the return policy, and click on the checkbox.
5. Send out the Return Form, for over sea members, please print out the page, use the label at the bottom of the page, and secure it to your parcel. (Please note that this label is not postage paid.)
1. Please complete Farlala's Return Form on our website and fill in the full return details and print it out. (note - we can not accept returns if your information is incomplete)
2. The goods must be kept intact and delivered in the same condition at the time of return. The label must be intact and will not be accepted for loss of label, passed, modified or cleaned)
3. If you saved the clear Farlala bag, put the item(s) you want to return back in the bag, along with the original invoice and return form. Place the bag into the origianl box we sent your order in and securely seal it.
4. Stick the Return Label you've printed (This label is not postage paid.) on top of the original shipping label
5. Book a pick-up with the shipping carrier or drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location. If you are returning multiple items, please try to include all items in one box (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes).
Farlala is not responsible for loss of the package, we suggest to insure your package and retain your return tracking # for your reference.
Please note, items not complying the above conditions may not be refundable and customer is responsible for any additional fee to ship the items back or penalty fee.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment via Farlala.com.
All refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of your return package. When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive return processed confirm email.
